Stifel analyst Peter McGoldrick reiterated a Hold rating and $127.00 price target on Deckers Outdoor (NYSE: DECK).

The analyst commented, "We anticipate upside to our F2Q26 revenue and adj. EPS estimates and expect characteristically conservative guidance for F3Q26. Share price re-rating has positioned the stock in GARP territory, with valuation substantiated by sum-of-the-parts on the key brands, HOKA and UGG. Following execution missteps around new HOKA product launches in F4Q25 and F1Q26, we believe operations are improving sequentially. A new narrative around intensifying competition is challenging the multi-year outlook, though we believe HOKA’s following of enthusiast runners will demonstrate loyal behavior supporting a brand reacceleration in F2H26. Putting the pieces together, we believe the business has capacity for +HSD% topline and +LDD% EPS growth in future years. Risk/reward has become more palatable, though we look for greater sense of near-term HOKA trends in the U.S. before becoming more constructive on our rating."
