Cantor Fitzgerald analyst Carter Gould reiterated an Overweight rating and $925.00 price target on Eli Lilly (NYSE: LLY).

The analyst commented, "n a White House / FDA–joint media conference on this afternoon, the administration unveiled the first nine drugs selected to receive the new Commissioner’s National Priority Vouchers (CNPV) – and notably LLY’s orforglipron was not included. Given recent unrelenting speculation of a potential CNPV for orforglipron and some overly optimistic hopes for approval by YE25, the pressure on LLY shares after-hours is unsurprising. Notably, however, this comes against the backdrop of vague and at times contradictory GLP-1 pricing commentary (presumably referring to ongoing semaglutide IRA negotiations reaching $150/mo or lower). To be clear, the administration noted these negotiations are not yet finalized. Nevertheless, we see the pricing dynamic weighing more on LLY shares (given that investors had anchored expectations around the mid-$200s for IRA-negotiated semaglutide) than the CNPV list."
