Wolfe Research analyst Alexandria Hammond raised the price target on Johnson & Johnson (NYSE: JNJ) to $225.00 (from $200.00) while maintaining a Outperform rating.
The analyst comments "We reiterate our Outperform rating and raise our PT to $225 (previously $200). The Pharma sector has faced a lot of uncertainty in 2025. For JNJ, we'd argue that Most Favored Nation (MFN) pricing, and ongoing talc litigation remain in focus. However, despite these macroeconomic headwinds, JNJ has outperformed YTD +32% (DRG index: +7%) on the back on Innovative Medicine re-acceleration, even in the face of Stelara erosion. We continue to reiterate our Outperform rating, and we've increased our PT on the basis of strong commercial execution for key products (e.g., Carvykti, Tremfya and Darzalex) and margin expansion in the back half of the decade."
