A.O. Smith (NYSE: AOS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.36 per share, or $1.44 annualized. This is a 6% increase from the prior dividend of $0.34.

The dividend will be payable on November 17, 2025, to stockholders of record on October 31, 2025, with an ex-dividend date of October 30, 2025.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.1 percent.
