Mizuho analyst Vijay Rakesh raised the price target on AMD (NASDAQ: AMD) to $275.00 (from $205.00) while maintaining a Outperform rating.
The analyst commented: "AMD with the OAI Tailwind - Raising Estimates, PT as we expect 2028E AI DC leadership to remain NVDA and AVGO, followed by AMD. AMD's OpenAI 6GW Deal spans six tranches (1GW each) from C4Q26-2030, including ~160M warrant shares tied to GW deployments and AMD's share price (~$600 for final tranche). We conservatively project ~$14B incremental revenue in F27E, up to ~$22B/yr by F30E with potential GM dilution >300bps from warrants (Ex-1). We raise F27E topline by 26% (ABOVE Consensus), forecast EPS upside 30-50%, with EPS doubling to 2027-28 to ~$11 and raising PT to $275 (prior $205), though OAI funding risks persist."
