JPMorgan analyst Doug Anmuth initiates coverage on StubHub Holdings (NYSE: STUB) with a Overweight rating and a price target of $24.00.
The analyst comments: "StubHub is the clear leader in secondary ticketing, with accelerating share gains, strong network effects, and a large $194B+ SAM. We expect meaningful revenue acceleration and profit improvement in 2026 led by core resale, while Direct Issuance (DI) and Advertising unlock new growth vectors and expand TAM. We expect StubHub’s asset-light model, high gross margins, and disciplined cost management to drive healthy multi-year margin expansion and free cash flow. We believe STUB shares, trading at a discount to peers, offer compelling risk/reward as we expect strong execution in core resale and ads, while DI expectations seem muted."
