Stifel analyst Alex Thompson reiterated a Buy rating and $68.00 price target on Kymera Therapeutics (NASDAQ: KYMR).
The analyst commented, "The 4Q25 Ph1b dataset for KT-621 is the first time we'll see how a STAT6-degrader performs in Atopic Dermatitis (AD) patients. As an ~20 patient open label study, there are limitations to over-interpretation of the dataset. That said, we think clear PD translation (e.g., STAT6 degradation, TARC reduction) with supportive clinical data represents a win--a clear dose-response would represent upside. Management commentary remains positive/consistent, and we think the $4B+ market cap reflects meaningful investor confidence that the KT-621 will check the relevant boxes on PD/clinical efficacy. Furthermore, we think KYMR represents a top M&A candidate heading into JPM given the first-in-class potential within this strategically-important Th2 space where we remain broadly bullish. Taken together, we think our base case could see the stock trade towards $70-$80 with further derisking. The failure to achieve Dupixent-like TARC reduction, a clinical signal, and/or a safety issue likely sees the stock trade to $15-$25."
