Leerink Partners analyst Mani Foroohar lowered the price target on Rocket Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: RCKT) to $7.00 (from $9.00) while maintaining a Market Perform rating.
The analyst comments "This morning, RCKT announced via 8-K that the BLA for RP-L102 in Fanconi Anemia (FA) has been voluntarily withdrawn. The decision comes on the heels of withdrawing RPL102’s MAA for European approval in July, and RCKT’s strategic prioritization at 2Q25 earnings where management announced paused development of RP-L102 and RP-L301 (in PKD) and were pursuing partnerships (here). We update our model – lowering RP-L102 PoS to 0% and OpEx to reflect savings – reducing our PT to $7 (from $9) and reiterate MP."
