Wells Fargo analyst Derek Archila reiterated an Overweight rating and $123.00 price target on Soleno Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ: SLNO).

The analyst comments "What happened? ACAD's Ph3 PWS trial of intranasal carbetocin (ACP-101) failed to meet the primary endpoint, change from baseline to week 12 on HQ-CT. In addition, there was no separation from placebo on any secondary endpoints according to the PR. The safety and tolerability profile was consistent with prior data. Looking ahead, ACAD has decided to discontinue the development of ACP-101 in PWS. What does this mean for SLNO? We had estimated ACP-101's failure could offer +20% upside for SLNO shares. The next competitor Ph3 dataset will be from ARD-101 in 3Q26, but we will see some Ph2 data from RYTM's IMCIVREE by YE25. For now, SLNO remains the SOC in PWS, and the only drug approved."
