BMO Capital analyst Daniel Jester reiterated an Outperform rating and $285.00 price target on Workday (NASDAQ: WDAY).
The analyst comments "We share updated thoughts on Workday after meeting with management, partners, and customers at its user event. A blitz of AI-centric innovation, partner announcements, clarity on the pricing model for AI, and the intriguing acquisition of Sana were constructive updates. On the financial model, new FY28 financial targets, including a $15 FCF/share aspiration for FY28 implying a near doubling compared to FY25, provides a robust “north star” for the business that should, we believe, offset worries about macro uncertainty and potential disruptive AI from current and emerging competitors. Reiterate Outperform."
