Stifel analyst Matt Smith reiterated a Hold rating and $1.50 price target on Hain Celestial (NASDAQ: HAIN).
The analyst commented, "Hain Celestial reported weaker-than-anticipated fourth-quarter results as the company is in the midst of a strategic review and its search for a permanent CEO continues. The company did not provide specific FY26 guidance beyond expecting to be cash-flow positive for the year and that 1Q:F26 results are expected to be similar to 4Q:F25 in terms of sales and EBITDA, suggesting a double-digit EBITDA decline to start the year. Hain’s balance sheet leverage, 5.7x adjusted EBITDA, results in limited flexibility as the company evaluates its business. While the strategic review is ongoing, Hain did shutter another business and outlined priorities going forward including pricing actions in FY26 which we view favorably as the company works to recover profitability. We continue with our Hold rating and $1.50 target price."
