Lexington Realty Trust (LXP) Declares $0.135 Quarterly Dividend; 5.9% Yield

Lexington Realty Trust (NYSE: LXP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.135 per share, or $0.54 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on October 15, 2025, to stockholders of record on September 30, 2025, with an ex-dividend date of September 29, 2025.

The annual yield on the dividend is 5.9 percent.

LXP also declared a cash dividend of $0.8125 per share of Series C Cumulative Convertible Preferred Stock for the quarter ending September 30, 2025, which is payable on or about November 17, 2025, to shareholders of record as of October 31, 2025.
