Canaccord Genuity analyst Brian McNamara reiterated a Buy rating and $6.00 price target on Holley (NYSE: HLLY).
The analyst commented: "Last weekend, we attended the Holley LS Fest East at Beach Bend Raceway Park in Bowling Green, KY, a prime example of Holley’s strategy to drive consumer engagement at the grassroots level. These events enable Holley to establish a direct connection with consumers, listen to their product needs, and keep a pulse on the direction of trends. Despite a lack of a formal investor event this year – we believe we were the only sell-side analyst in attendance – we briefly caught up with management on the Beech Bend grounds, including CEO Mr. Matt Stevenson and CFO Mr. Jesse Weaver, along with Mr. Bill Tichenor, Holley’s Director of Marketing. We believe enthusiasts remain as engaged as ever, and we expect organic sales momentum to continue in H2 2025. The buzz we observed at the 16th LS Fest East (and our 3rd) was unmatched and boosts our confidence in the story. The timing to act on this momentum couldn't be much better, and we encourage investors to use the recent selloff driven by the secondary offering as a BUYing opportunity, as we opined earlier this afternoon. We reiterate our BUY rating and $6 price target."
