Novamerican Steel Inc. (NASDAQ: TONS) 11.6% HIGHER; Symmetry Holdings Inc (AMEX: SHJ) and Novamerican Steel entered into a definitive agreement whereby Symmetry will acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of Novamerican for US$56.00 in cash per share.
Corus Bankshares, Inc. (Nasdaq: CORS) 11% HIGHER; said their Board of Directors approved a special cash dividend on common stock of $1.00 per share. Corus\' special dividend will be paid to shareholders of record as of July 18, 2007, and will begin trading ex-dividend on July 16, 2007. The special dividend will be paid on August 1, 2007.
Icagen, Inc. (NASDAQ: ICGN) 8% LOWER; received notification from McNeil Consumer & Specialty Pharmaceuticals of its termination of the collaboration agreement between Icagen and McNeil for the development of senicapoc as of September 18, 2007. As previously reported, a Phase III clinical trial to evaluate the ability of senicapoc to reduce crisis rate, the primary endpoint, in patients with sickle cell disease was terminated during the second quarter of 2007.
Jabil Circuit Inc. (NYSE: JBL) 8.8% HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.23, 2 cents better than estimates.(0.21) Revenues were $3.0 billion vs. $2.95 billion consensus. Sees Q4 EPS between $0.25-0.31 vs. consensus of $0.30. Sees Q4 revenues of approx. $3 billion vs. $2.96 billion consensus.
China GrenTech Corp. Ltd. (NASDAQ: GRRF) 6.2% HIGHER; will Supply WIFI Equipment for China Mobile\'s Olympic WLAN Network

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. (NYSE: CMG) 2.7% LOWER; JP Morgan downgrades to Neutral
Sanmina-SCI Corp. (NASDAQ: SANM) 2.6% LOWER; Covidien Ltd. (NYSE: COVwi) will replace Sanmina-SCI in the S&P 500.
Abercrombie & Fitch Co. (NYSE: ANF) 2.6% LOWER; Lehman Brothers downgrades to Equal Weight
PMC-Sierra Inc. (NASDAQ: PMCS) 2% LOWER; Tyco Electronics Ltd. (NYSE: TELwi) will replace PMC-Sierra in the S&P 500
CROCS Inc. (NASDAQ: CROX) 1.3% HIGHER; Think Equity upgrades to Buy; Piper Jaffray raises price target to $55.
