TD Cowen analyst Robert Moskow raised the price target on Celsius Holdings (NASDAQ: CELH) to $72.00 (from $60.00) while maintaining a Buy rating.
The analyst commented: "PEP Deal Puts CELH at Center Stage of Energy Drink Category; Celsius' agreement to become PepsiCo's "energy drink captain" is a key positive that should accelerate Alani Nu's growth through expanded distribution and give Celsius control over the execution of their combined energy drink portfolio, which now includes Rockstar. PepsiCo's increased equity stake also signals a vote of confidence in Celsius and further aligns CELH and PEP's mutual interests.
We raise our PT to $72, which implies a 23.0x multiple on forward 12-month EBITDA estimate. We believe multiple expansion is warranted due to the strong growth profile into 2026. For context, MNST currently trades at 22.5x EV/EBITDA and 22.7x on average over the past five years."
