Stifel analyst Steven Wieczynski raised the price target on Lucky Strike Entertainment (NYSE: LUCK) to $13.00 (from $12.00) while maintaining a Buy rating.
The analyst commented, "Expectations were massively reset after LUCK suspended guidance last quarter. With low expectations this positive print/guide should have been enough to drive shares higher. However, questions around the mixed shelf filing masked the solid results and bullish commentary as investors pondered whether the company would/will raise equity, though we don’t believe that is even in the cards right now. F4Q25 SSS comp was down in the MSD% range, but monthly comps improved sequentially throughout the quarter and into F1Q26. This, in our opinion, should be the focus. LUCK has accelerating momentum in their core business through high-ROI F&B investments, LS conversions, and ramping water park acquisitions that should set the company up to beat conservative initial guidance. We anticipate further volatility until we see multiple quarters of SSS growth but believe LUCK is positioned to accelerate EBITDA/FCF growth in FY27. Our price target moves higher to $13 (10.5x FY27 EBITDA)."
