Financial Institutions (FISI) Declares $0.31 Quarterly Dividend; 4.6% Yield

Financial Institutions (NASDAQ: FISI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.31 per share, or $1.24 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on October 2, 2025, to stockholders of record on September 15, 2025, with an ex-dividend date of September 12, 2025.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.6 percent.

The Company also announced dividends of $0.75 per share on its Series A 3% preferred stock and $2.12 per share on its Series B-1 8.48% preferred stock.
