Barclays analyst Matt Miksic raised the price target on Livanova (NASDAQ: LIVN) to $58.00 (from $55.00) while maintaining a Equalweight rating.
The analyst comments "Revising Our Estimates: We have raised our sales projection by ~3% in 2025, in line with management’s commentary and updated outlook, and raised our sales projections by ~9% on average per year in 2026 and beyond. We have also raised our EPS estimate by ~3% in 2025 and by 5-6% on average per year in 2026 and beyond. Raising Our Price Target from $55 to $58: Our $58 price target (up from $55) is based on a 8.0x EV/EBITDA multiple (unchanged) on our projected NTM EBITDA, 1 year forward of $396 mil (up from $385 mil previously). Our target multiple is a slight premium to the stock's current ~7.0x multiple on NTM EBITDA and roughly in line with the stock’s YTD multiple of ~8.0x."
