H.C. Wainwright analyst Yi Chen raised the price target on Sanara MedTech (NASDAQ: SMTI) to $54.00 (from $53.00) while maintaining a Buy rating.
The analyst commented: 'Last week, Sanara MedTech reported its 2Q25 financial results. Net revenue was $25.8M, representing 28% YoY growth and beating our projection of $25.4M. Net loss was $2.0M, or ($0.23) per share, less than our estimated loss of $2.9M. Of note, revenue for soft tissue repair products was $22.7M, up 28% YoY, driven primarily by increased demand for CellerateRX Surgical Activated Collagen. This was achieved by increased penetration of medical facilities that represent existing accounts, expansion into additional medical facilities, and development of independent distribution network in both new and existing U.S. markets. Revenue for bone fusion products was $3.1M, up 25% YoY. In our view, Sanara Surgical segment could continue to drive topline growth as the company implements its strategy to expand its network of distribution partners, add new healthcare facilities and penetrate the existing facilities. Our projected revenue from the next 12 months (from 3Q25 to 2Q26) has increased, which yields a price objective of $54. Therefore, we reiterate our Buy rating while raising the 12-month price target to $54 from $53 per share."
