Cantor Fitzgerald analyst Ross Osborn reiterated an Overweight rating and $25.00 price target on SI-BONE Inc. (NASDAQ: SIBN).
The analyst commented, “On 8/4, SI-BONE (SIBN, OW) reported comprehensive 2Q25 operating results and increased FY25 revenue guidance. Specifically, SIBN reported 2Q25 revenue of $48.6 million (Cantor $48.1 million / FactSet consensus $48.1 million), representing YoY growth of ~22% driven by U.S. revenue, which grew ~23% YoY to $46.4 million. The company had over 1,440 active U.S. surgeons (+~25% YoY) in the quarter, as the company's sales representatives generated production of ~$2.1 million, up ~23% YoY. Looking ahead, we believe guidance remains conservative given early success with iFuse TORQ TNT, which is ramping ahead of expectations and now supported by finalized NTAP reimbursement (~$4,100 per case) starting in 4Q25. Additionally, adoption within the interventionalist community continues to build, and we see a pathway for increased utilization as the company plans to roll out a new SI Joint product in 1H26 that will further expand engagement with interventionalists.”
