Stifel analyst James Condulis resumes coverage on Mirum Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: MIRM) with a Buy rating and a price target of $89.00.

The analyst comments "We're resuming coverage of Mirum with a Buy rating and an $89 target price. Mirum is a unique rare disease biotech with: (1) a cash-flow positive, high-growth commercial business; and (2) a mid-/latestage pipeline with multiple credible growth opportunities, including a near(ish)-term catalyst (PSC pivotal 2Q26). More specifically, we're bullish on Livmarli's growth prospects where, with multiple upside-levers (organic ALGS/PFIC growth, weight-based pricing, EXPAND) alongside a steady/growing stream of Ctexli/ Cholbam revenues, we'd argue these opportunities alone can largely support today's valuation. Against this backdrop, we have strong conviction in volixibat ahead of pivotal PSC/PBC data where--even with conservative assumptions--we comfortably model a blockbuster opportunity. Meanwhile, though earlier and high-risk, FXS offers significant upside-biased optionality. And ultimately, with the above (strong financial position, growing commercial business, pipeline optionality) and a strong management team, we think MIRM stands out in what remains a discerning biotech tape--even as shares have performed well."
