Raymond James analyst Brian Gesuale reiterated a Market Perform rating and {REMOVEPT} price target on CACI International (NYSE: CACI)
The analyst comments "CACI reported solid F4Q results and provided a FY26 guide that bookended consensus revenue forecasts. Execution remains crisp and the national security focus remains a strength as the company continues to outperform most peers. The FY26 guide implies organic growth of 4.3% - 6.6% (vs. 10% in FY25) and margins of mid-11% (vs. 11.2% in FY25) while FCF benefits from the BBB ($710M+ vs. Street at $600M) and adj. EPS was guided to $27.13 to $28.03 vs. the Street at $27.34. Backlog was flat sequentially and (-1% y/y) at $31.4B providing ~3.5 years of annual revenue. CACI’s national security mix (~94% of sales) and crisp execution has pushed the stock up ~22% YTD (vs. S&P 500 +7%). While we continue to like the execution and focus, we are maintaining ourMarket Perform rating reflecting the company’s strong performance YTD, the group’s tendency to mean revert, tougher comps, and a valuation that we believe limits multiple expansion from here."
