Goldman Sachs analyst Paul Choi lowered the price target on Lantheus Holdings (NASDAQ: LNTH) to $110.00 (from $140.00) while maintaining a Buy rating.
The analyst comments "Rebased expectations for Pylarify likely limit downside risk but still watching for further category pricing pressure; pivot to next gen PET and Alzheimer's under way. LNTH shares significantly underperformed the broader smid-cap market (-28.6% vs. R2K: -0.2%) on the heels of a 2Q revenue miss and a c.10% cut to FY25 guidance (now $1,475mn - $1,510mn vs. $1,550mn - $1,585mn previously). LNTH noted that Pylarify's 2Q25 underperformance was driven by the negative impact on net price, which we think is likely to remain top of mind with investors over the near term. Though we view the stock as attractive at current levels, we recognize that stock appreciation hinges on greater consistency in Pylarify/PET growth over the NTM, though we remain incrementally constructive on the longer term opportunity as the pipeline begins to come online in 2026. We maintain our Buy rating but lower our 12-month PT to $110 (from $140 prior)."
