KeyBanc analyst Eric Gonzalez raised the price target on McDonald's (NYSE: MCD) to $335.00 (from $325.00) while maintaining a Overweight rating.

The analyst commented: "Global Outperformance; McDonald’s 2Q25 results included better-than-expected global SSS growth, highlighted by broad-based strength and industry outperformance across most major markets during a highly competitive period for the limited-service industry. While McDonald’s still faces challenges in altering negative value perceptions and bringing back low-income consumers, the Company appears to be executing at a high level, and we remain confident in its second-half programs. In the U.S., this includes Snack Wraps, which are exceeding expectations, and the McDonaldland Meal, which is slated for later this month. Accordingly, we are raising our price target to $335 to reflect accelerating global SSS momentum. And our 2025E/2026E EPS estimates increase slightly, to $12.45/$13.55 to account for the 2Q25 beat, slightly higher SSS growth in 2H, and FX tailwinds. We maintain our OW rating as we remain confident in McDonald’s ability to successfully drive LT share gains. Our PT equates to ~25x our 2026E EPS."
