Stifel analyst Jonathan Siegmann raised the price target on V2X, Inc. (NYSE: VVX) to $63.00 (from $55.00) while maintaining a Buy rating.
The analyst comments "VVX reported a strong FQ2 with better-than-expected sales and profitability. While Q2’s upside did not flow into FY guidance (largely unchanged), we think it is refreshing to hear VVX explain why Q2 is stronger than expected rather than pitching a steep 2H acceleration. The biggest news was VVX winning a nine-year $4.3b contract to support 700 T-6 Texan aircraft. This is a franchise win for VVX squarely in their core aircraft MRO market. $200-300m incremental revenue could be as much as a 6% boost to the company’s growth. While we anticipated the company’s re-compete holiday to boost growth next year, the T-6 contract’s chunkiness drives a ~$50m boost to our FY2026 estimates. Management notes additional similar-sized opportunities in the pipeline which reinforces our conviction that VVX remains an interesting stock levered to the readiness prioritized by the new administration. We reiterate our Buy rating and raise our PT to $63."
