Wells Fargo (NYSE: WFC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.45 per share, or $1.8 annualized. This is a 12.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.40.
The dividend will be payable on September 1, 2025, to stockholders of record on August 8, 2025, with an ex-dividend date of August 7, 2025.
The annual yield on the dividend is 2.2 percent.
