Citizens JMP analyst David Turkaly reiterated a Market Outperform rating and $7.00 price target on Neuronetics (NASDAQ: STIM).
The analyst commented, “We reiterate our Market Outperform rating and $7 price target on Neuronetics prior to the company's 2Q25 earnings results, which will be released after the market close on August 5th. With 1Q25 representing the company's first full quarter inclusive of Greenbrook's financial results (merger closed 12/2024), STIM's FY25 performance should primarily rely on its integration progress, ability to drive top-line utilization, and harnessing of operational efficiencies. Given that on July 15th (in tandem with its new CFO announcement) the company reiterated its 2Q25 and FY25 sales guidance as well as its expectations to be cash flow positive by 3Q25, we do not expect any meaningful surprises to quarterly results. With that in mind, commentary surrounding STIM's SPRAVATO rollout, treatment session utilization, and FY25 free cash flow progress are likely to influence share price performance following results.”
