RBC Capital analyst Mike Dahl raised the price target on D.R. Horton (NYSE: DHI) to $117.00 (from $105.00) while maintaining an Underperform rating.
The analyst commented: "Estimates Nudge Higher; Our FY’25E EPS rises +6% following the better than expected F3Q and implied F4Q guide, though our FY'26 estimate is roughly unch. While DHI is executing relatively well, we remain well below Street on FY’26 and directional GM% guide, higher incentives, + ASP weakness still point to downside to estimates/ROTE in our view, with no signs of a meaningful/ sustained inflection in fundamentals and risks still looming on costs and a stretched affordability/consumer backdrop. We maintain our UP rating, though raise our PT to $117 from $105."
