RBC Capital analyst Logan Reich reiterated an Outperform rating and $550.00 price target on Domino's Pizza (NASDAQ: DPZ).
The analyst commented: "2Q beat but uncertainty around FY26 growth remains; DPZ's Q2 print was solid with upside to both US & intl SSS vs. consensus and EBIT beat on lower G&A. And while the FY25 SSS guidance was reiterated despite the beat, we think there's some degree of conservatism baked in where upside could come from stable/improving macro and/or outperformance from stuffed crust & DASH. With the idiosyncratic comp drivers, we are monitoring the impact and duration of the uplift where the bear case has been slowing US SSS growth into '26 following stuffed crust & DASH laps. Adjusting estimates."
