D. Boral Capital analyst Jaosn Kolbert initiates coverage on Beyond Air (NASDAQ: xair) with a Buy rating and a price target of $11.00.

The analyst comments "Beyond Air’s LungFit platform represents a disruptive leap in nitric oxide (NO) delivery, enabling on-demand generation from ambient air without the need for high-pressure gas cylinders or chemical cassettes. This innovation eliminates complex logistics, enhances patient and staff safety, reduces cost, and expands the utility of NO therapy beyond the ICU to the entire hospital—and ultimately to the home. A host of new indications represent out-year revenue drivers to the story. Initiating with a Buy rating and $11.00 price target. The initial commercial focus targets the U.S. nitric oxide market, where LungFit PH is already FDA-approved for neonatal use. With additional regulatory milestones on the horizon, including label expansion to cardiac surgery and a transport-ready version, LungFit is positioned to both grow and capture share from entrenched cylinder-based systems. Longer term, the platform's potential in treating chronic, refractory lung infections at home addresses a significantly larger, under-penetrated global opportunity exceeding $10 billion. Combined with a capital-efficient razor/razor blade model and a robust patent estate extending into the 2040s, Beyond Air is well-positioned for sustained commercial growth and long-term value creation."
