Stifel analyst Simon Yarmak lowered the price target on Alpine Income Property Trust (NYSE: PINE) to $18.50 (from $18.75) while maintaining a Buy rating.
The analyst commented, “This afternoon, Alpine Income Property Trust issued an update which included acquisition/disposition activity. Overall 2Q investment activity totaled $6.6 million at ~9.8% cap rate. The company's disposition activity during the quarter totaled $16.5 million at a 7.9% cap rate. YTD, acquisitions total $85.9 million at a weighted average 9.1% cap rate while dispositions stand at $28.2 million with a weighted average 8.4% cap rate.”
