E-mailPrincipal Real Estate Income Fund (NYSE: PGZ) declared a monthly dividend of $0.105 per share, or $1.26 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on August 29, 2025, to stockholders of record on August 15, 2025, with an ex-dividend date of August 15, 2025.
The annual yield on the dividend is 12 percent.
