Bank OZK (OZK) Raises Quarterly Dividend 2.3% to $0.44; 3.6% Yield

Bank OZK (NASDAQ: OZK) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.44 per share, or $1.76 annualized. This is a 2.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.43.

The dividend will be payable on July 18, 2025, to stockholders of record on July 11, 2025, with an ex-dividend date of July 10, 2025.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.6 percent.

The Board of Directors also declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.28906 per share on the Bank’s 4.625% Series A Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock (“Series A Preferred Stock”) (Nasdaq: OZKAP) for the period covering May 15, 2025 through, but excluding August 15, 2025. The Series A Preferred Stock dividend is payable on August 15, 2025, to the holders of record of the Series A Preferred Stock at the close of business on August 1, 2025.
