Citizens JMP analyst Jonathan Wolleben reiterated a Market Outperform rating and $89.00 price target on Structure Therapeutics (NASDAQ: GPCR).
The analyst commented, “GPCR is reporting its Phase 2b data by YE25, which will be a significant value inflection point for shares if aleniglipron shows a comparable or better profile to orforglipron. We also note a presenter at ADA disclosed orforglipron’s Phase 3 ATTAIN data in non-diabetics will be presented at EASD in early September, which could also provide a boost to GPCR shares. Internally, GPCR had a couple preclinical posters at ADA (details below). The more notable of which detailed its small-molecule dual amylin/calcitonin agonist ACCG-2671, which has potential to be more efficacious than Novo’s (NOV, NC) cagrilintide. GPCR confirmed with us that the ACCG-2671 Phase 1 is on track to kick off by YE25. Several of the pipeline amylin candidates were highlighted at ADA and the field seems eager to get this new class to patients given their potent weight loss, improved tolerability, and lean mass preservation.”
