New York Mortgage Trust (NASDAQ: NYMT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.20 per share, or $0.8 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on July 30, 2025, to stockholders of record on June 23, 2025, with an ex-dividend date of June 20, 2025.

The annual yield on the dividend is 11.5 percent.
