Citizens JMP analyst Andrew Boone reiterated a Market Outperform rating and $20.00 price target on DoubleVerify (NYSE: DV).
The analyst commented, “We maintain our Market Outperform rating and $20 price target. At Innovation Day, DV announced two new product releases, Authentic AdVantage and Performance AdVantage, which more tightly integrate DV’s product offerings, specifically across its verification and performance solutions. We believe this simplifies DV’s sales motion, and could ultimately lead to greater product adoption and monetization over time. Additionally, this highlights the significant value DV has added to its platform over the past several years through innovation and acquisitions, such as Scibids and Rockerbox, as it has evolved from a verification-only platform into an increasingly performance-oriented offering. Putting this together, with an ongoing product catalyst in social activation, two new products rolling out in 2H25 and into 2026, while we continue to believe the business can support 40%+ EBITDA margins over time, we view the risk/reward in shares as favorable at just 8.8x 2026E EBITDA.”
