Caterpillar (CAT) Raises Quarterly Dividend 7.1% to $1.51; 1.7% Yield

Caterpillar (NYSE: CAT) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.51 per share, or $6.04 annualized. This is a 7.1% increase from the prior dividend of $1.41.

The dividend will be payable on August 20, 2025, to stockholders of record on July 21, 2025, with an ex-dividend date of July 18, 2025.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.7 percent.
