Realty Income (NYSE: O) declared a monthly dividend of $0.2690 per share, or $3.228 annualized. This is a 0.2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.2685.

The dividend will be payable on July 15, 2025, to stockholders of record on July 1, 2025, with an ex-dividend date of June 30, 2025.

The annual yield on the dividend is 5.7 percent.
