Lyra Therapeutics (LYRA) PT Raised to $16 at H.C. Wainwright

H.C. Wainwright analyst Matthew Caufield raised the price target on Lyra Therapeutics (NASDAQ: LYRA) to $16.00 (from $2.00) while maintaining a Neutral rating.

The analyst commented: "As we consider the positive Phase 3 ENLIGHTEN-2 statistically significant primary and key secondary endpoints for LYR-210 in the treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS), we believe the greatest near-term question is how the FDA could advise on a prospective additional Phase 3 trial. This ties directly into the prioritization of non-polyp vs. polyp patients and the relevant timelines for subsequent development. More specifically, we note the company plans to meet with the FDA 2H25 to discuss the prioritization of CRSsNP patients, or those CRS patients without nasal polyps and reflecting upwards of 70% of CRS. We point out that if the agency requires an additional non-polyp ENLIGHTEN-3 trial following the prespecified pooled analysis, this would strategically precede subsequent development for polyp patients, from our understanding. We believe the greatest takeaway is that the positive ENLIGHTEN-2 trial challenges the announced Phase 3 ENLIGHTEN-1 failure and the potential saline irrigation impact on sham benefit. We are encouraged by the LYR-210 benefit from ENLIGHTEN-2, and believe forthcoming FDA feedback on next developmental steps can provide the necessary strategic clarity. We reiterate our Neutral rating in the interim, and raise our PT to $16 from $2, with adjustments from the announced reverse stock split."
