Oil-Dri Corp. (ODC) Raises Quarterly Dividend 16.1% to $0.18; 1.5% Yield

Oil-Dri Corp. (NYSE: ODC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.18 per share, or $0.72 annualized. This is a 16.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.155.

The dividend will be payable on August 22, 2025, to stockholders of record on August 8, 2025, with an ex-dividend date of August 7, 2025.

Also declared a dividend of $0.135 per share of the Company’s Class B Stock, an approximate 16% increase.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.5 percent.
