Needham analyst Ryan MacDonald raised the price target on Hims and Hers (NYSE: HIMS) to $65.00 (from $61.00) while maintaining a Buy rating.
The analyst comments "Before market open on 6/3, HIMS announced the acquisition of ZAVA, a DTC telemedicine platform offering similar solutions to HIMS in Europe. While terms of the deal are limited, management anticipates closing the deal in 2H25, before gaining accretive benefits in 2026; in the near term, the deal gives HIMS notable scale in Germany and France, and to a lesser extent Ireland, where the company has no exposure today, while also bolstering existing UK operations; longer term, ZAVA is expected to serve as a beachhead to expand across Western Europe. We are positively inclined by the deal and believe HIMS' existing solutions are highly applicable to similar demographics in Europe, underscoring the potential for international markets to be a durable growth vector longer term. As such, we are reiterating our Buy rating and raising our PT to $65."
