H.C. Wainwright analyst Swayampakula Ramakanth reiterated a Buy rating and $145.00 price target on Corcept Therapeutics (NASDAQ: CORT).
The analyst commented: "On June 02, Corcept presented complete analysis of the ongoing Phase 3 study ROSELLA at the 2025 annual meeting of American Society of Clinical Oncology. Recall, the 381-patiet pivotal ROSELLA study is evaluating relacorilant in combination with nab-paclitaxel compared to nab-paclitaxel monotherapy as a therapy to treat platinum-resistant, recurrent ovarian cancer. The study met its primary endpoint of improved progression-free survival by blinded independent central review (BICR). The study showed that patients treated with the combination therapy experience a statistically significantly 30% (HR: 0.70; p=0.0076) reduction in risk of disease progression or death compared to the nab-paclitaxel monotherapy treated cohort. The combination arm experienced a mPFS of 6.5 months vs 5.5 months achieved by the nab-paclitaxel monotherapy cohort (Exhibit 1). We maintain our Buy rating on CORT and our 12-month price target of $145 per diluted share."
