Truist Securities analyst Michael Roxland reiterated a Hold rating and $110.00 price target on Crown Holdings (NYSE: CCK)
The analyst comments "Today, CCK announced it will add a new high-speed production line to its beverage can plant in Ponta Grossa, Brazil. This third line adds 1.2bn units of capacity (3.6bn units in total upon completion) and will make Ponta Grossa CCK’s largest plant in the country. The added capacity is intended to serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage (NAB) customers in southern Brazil and production is expected to begin in 3Q26. Additionally, CCK maintains its 2025 adjusted FCF guidance of ~$800mn with capex of ~$450mn. The added capacity follows four consecutive quarters of volume growth for CCK in Brazil, including +11% y/y in 1Q, as the company continues to win with customers. Looking ahead, CCK anticipates continual outperformance of industry growth at ~2-3% y/y in 2025 and remains very bullish on the local can market, in which penetration continues to grow off a low base."
