RBC Capital analyst Matthew Hedberg lowered the price target on PagerDuty (NYSE: PD) to $20.00 (from $22.00) while maintaining a Outperform rating.
The analyst commented: "GTM challenges emerge; The quarter & outlook were mixed following the emergence of GTM challenges though margin leverage continues to impress. We think swift corrective action has been taken including a new CRO and we remain constructive on the broadened opportunity. While numbers come in, there is a better set-up over 2H/26 than previously, in our view while we still think the company can exit the year in a position to accelerate revenue in FY/26. Maintain OP rating, reduce our PT to $20 on slightly lowered estimates and as we turn to CY/26 for valuation."
