RBC Capital analyst Mike Dahl lowered the price target on Skyline Corporation (NYSE: SKY) to $82.00 (from $96.00) while maintaining a Sector Perform rating.
The analyst commented: "Estimates Decline on GM% Reset; We lower our FY'26 EBITDA estimate by 17% to $273 MM following the F4Q margin-driven miss and F1Q guide which called for continued margin pressure and a weaker demand backdrop. SKY results disappointed vs. expectations though reflect broad-based housing weakness and new GM% realities (NT GM% now ~25-26% though LT 26-27% range remains). Community demand provides support though is margin dilutive; core MH demand weakened sequentially due to increased competition in certain markets. Potential FEMA tailwinds have not yet materialized. We remain SP as today’s stock decline is roughly in-line with our estimates revision and we see balanced risk/reward. Lower PT to $82."
