Erste Group analyst Hans Engel downgraded McDonald's (NYSE: MCD) from Buy to Hold.
The analyst comments "McDonalds has a very high and stable operating margin, which is far well above that of its competitors. However, sales will only grow very slowly in 2025. A higher growth rate is only realistic in the coming year. The stock has a P/E ratio that is slightly above the sector average. The potential for further price increases is limited due to the low sales growth momentum this year."
