Universal Corp. (NYSE: UVV) declared an annual dividend of $0.82 per share, or $0.82 annualized. This is a 1.2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.81.

The dividend will be payable on August 4, 2025, to stockholders of record on July 14, 2025, with an ex-dividend date of July 11, 2025.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.4 percent.
