Carter's (NYSE: CRI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share, or $1 annualized. This is a 68.8% decrease from the prior dividend of $0.80.
The dividend will be payable on June 20, 2025, to stockholders of record on June 2, 2025, with an ex-dividend date of May 30, 2025.
The annual yield on the dividend is 2.7 percent.
