BMO Capital analyst Evan David Seigerman raised the price target on Acadia Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: ACAD) to $28.00 (from $24.00) while maintaining an Outperform rating.
The analyst commented: "IP Protection Pushes Target to $28; With IP protection in hand, Acadia's narrative starts to change shape. Following today's court order protecting pimavanserin into 2038, we have increased our longterm peak sales estimates to $1.07B and have increased our target price to $28/share. Improved IP protection is likely to start to change the narrative around shares, giving investors confidence that Acadia revenue is stable in the long term. We now turn to the company's upcoming R&D day (June 25) and near term Ph 3 PWS updates (4Q25) where share momentum could continue higher."
