Goldman Sachs analyst Brian Lee raised the price target on Sunrun (NASDAQ: RUN) to $15.00 (from $12.00) while maintaining a Buy rating.
The analyst comments "RUN (Buy): Our 12-month revised price target of $15 (vs. $12 prior) is based on a NAV valuation, with assets expected to be installed through 2026 having $12 of value (vs. $11 prior due to some slight changes to our assumptions) and assigning a 1.5X multiple (vs. 1.0X prior due to the improving installation outlook as a result of potential tariff and policy relief) to future NAV creation of $3 (vs. $1 prior). Key risks include slower MW growth, policy shifts (net metering), and higher interest rates."
